Unlike mass-market smart home assistants that stream your conversations and routines to corporate cloud servers, Jemm Arc is powered by local NVIDIA hardware. Natural language processing, video feed analysis, and automation logic happen locally. Your data remains in your home.

• Local Processing Data: Audio clips, video feeds from integrated cameras, and appliance status are processed locally by Jemm Arc and are not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly requested for support.

Jemm Arc microphones only listen when activated by the designated wake word. Audio recording is disabled by default until the wake word is recognized locally on the edge device. You retain full control to physically or digitally mute microphones at any time.

We may share your minimal cloud-stored personal information (such as your account email) only in the following instances:

• As required by law or subpoena.
